Location: on top of one of the carriages.

To get to the other bars, you will have to return to the upper platform. This means you need to go to the stairs and to the wooden planks. Use the same metal platform as before (the third one from the end), but now go to the end. Look down and you should notice three new ingots in an open container. Jump down to land inside the container.

Location: container near the fence and under the platform.

Return to the top ledge one last time and start moving next to the fence. This time, ignore the third platform from the end and move on to the final metal platform. Jump onto the platform and from there get to one of the carriages. Slide down to land on the carriage and start heading north. You should notice a few throgs nearby, but since you're standing on a carriage, it should be very easy to kill them with a rifle. Make sure that all of them are killed, get to ground level and find two new ingots near the destroyed tunnel.

Ingots No. 17, No. 18

Location: near the collapsed tunnel entrance.
